Should school be closed for the day due to any emergency reason (ex: water main break, power outage, inclement weather) we will adhere to a 2 hr. delay schedule and the following procedures:

1. The school day will begin at 10:55 am. and conclude at 3:15 pm.

2. Attendance will be taken at the beginning of the day by the classroom  teacher. Students DO NOT log into Skyward to mark themselves present. 

3. Your child’s teacher will be sharing their classroom specific schedule with you and your child. 

4. Students are to log on to the Google Meet with their classroom teacher to receive their instruction at the designated times posted by their classroom teacher. 

5. The link for the general Google Meet and the Meet Codes will be posted on the Classwork Tab on the “What To Do Today” page (one per teacher) for that day. 

6. Under the Classwork Tab the asynchronous material for the day will be posted 

7. Office Hours will be designated according to the 2-Hour Delay Schedule.  Teachers will be available within their designated Google meet during this time. Students/parents can drop in and ask questions at this time. 

8. Students will receive an email from their teacher by 9 am with a link directing them to their Google Classroom.
